Orange Flavored Glazed Carrots
|Fresh carrots||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (packed)|
|Orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
Prepare and cook carrots, cut into lengthwise strips.
In large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and butter until bubbly.
Add carrot strips; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until carrots are glazed and heated through.
