Sauteed Spicy Lemon Baby Carrots

  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baby carrots 5 Pound (Grimmway)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped garlic 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add carrots, stirring to coat with oil.
