Roasted Carrot

Ingredients
  Baby carrots 2 Pound (Grimmway Farms)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh dill/Parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1, Preheat oven to 400°F.
2, Toss carrots in a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.Transfer to a sheet pan in 1 layer and roast for 30 minutes, or until browned and tender.
3, Toss carrots with minced dill or parsley.
