Glazed Shredded Carrots

Ingredients
  Finely grated carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 5 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, turn down heat, cover tightly and simmer until carrots are tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
