Orange Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, scraped and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  Canned no salt added chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon, thawed (Undiluted)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine carrot and chicken broth in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
Uncover and cook over high heat 5 minutes.
Add orange juice concentrate and remaining ingredients to carrot mixture, stirring well.
Cook over medium heat an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until carrot is tender.
