Ingredients
  Carrots 6 Medium, sliced
  Turnips 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook vegetables separately in boiling salted water until tender.
Combine vegetables, butter and salt and pepper to taste, and mash together until light and fluffy.
