Ingredients
  Carrots 3 , grated
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen asparagus 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Basic crepes 6
  Freshly grated swiss cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute the carrots in the butter over medium-high heat until they begin to brown.
Add the asparagus to the pan, and cook just until hot.
Season with salt and pepper.
