Orange Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced carrots 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 Medium, diced or sectioned
Directions

1. Bring salted water to boil. Add carrots; cover and cook until barely tender.
2. Drain the liquid into measuring cup. Add orange juice. Add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid.
3. Remove carrots from pan.
4. In saucepan mix liquids with cornstarch. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear.
5. Add margarine, carrots, and oranges; heat through.
