Carrot Pineapple Toss

Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pineapple slices 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded carrot 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place raisins in bowl; cover with boiling water.
Let stand 5 minutes; drain well.
Cut pineapple into small pieces; mix pineapple with shredded carrot and raisins.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, blend in mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, if desired.
