Baked Carrots Supreme

Ingredients
  Carrots 1 Pound, pared
  Onion 1 Small, halved
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Assemble Salad Maker with Shredder Disc.
Process carrots into a buttered 1-quart (1 liter) casserole.
Change disc to French Fry Cutter Disc and process onion; mix well.
Put water, butter, salt, and basil into small saucepan; heat until butter is melted and pour over carrot mixture.
Cover casserole.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50 to 55 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
