Parslied Carrots

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), diagonally sliced
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

In 1 1/2 qt glass casserole combine carrots, onion, salt, water, lemon juice and butter.
Microwave (high), covered, 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley just before serving.
