Simply Wonderful Carrots

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste, fresh ground
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Carrots 6 Cup (96 tbs), thinly sliced
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

Add butter to water.
Bring to a boil.
Add salt, pepper, sugar, and carrots.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
