Glazed Carrots For A Crowd
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (No Substitutes)|
|Orange juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baby carrots/12 pounds medium carrots, sliced and cooked||2 Can (20 oz) (No 10 Size)|
In a large saucepan, combine the first five ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place carrots in two 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking pans; pour sugar mixture over carrots.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until heated through
