Microwave Glazed Carrots Apples And Peppers

Ingredients
  Carrot slices 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut diagonally (Thin Slices)
  Diced green bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cut Into 1/2 Inch Pieces)
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Thinly sliced apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Peeled Apples)
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine carrots, bell peppers and water in 1-quart microwavable dish.
Cook, covered, on HIGH 3 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender; drain.
Gently toss apples with vegetable mixture.
In small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; cut in margarine.
Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.
Cover and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.
Gently toss mixture to coat vegetables and apples with sauce; cook, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
