Ingredients
  Carrots 4 Large, julienned
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar snap peas 1⁄2 Pound
  Fresh mint 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Place carrots in a saucepan with enough water to cover; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until the peas are crisp-tender.
