These Glazed Carrots and Pineapple are so very tasty. Try these vegetable and fruit chunks soaked and cooked in sweet pineapple juice for your next meal Tell me if you like these Glazed Carrots and Pineapple.
  Carrots 1 Pound, pared and cut into julienne strips
  Canned unsweetened pineapple chunks 20 Ounce, drained, reserve 1/4 cup juice (1 Can)
  Packed dark brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. Put carrot strips into an 8-inch square glass baking dish. Mix reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar and salt. Pour over carrots. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 5 minutes at High.
2. Add pineapple to carrots; mix well. Cook covered in microwave oven 10 to 15 minutes at High, or until carrots are tender; stir 3 times.
3. Mix cold water and cornstarch until smooth. Stir into carrot mixture. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir once.
