|Carrots||4 (Good Quality)|
|Boiling salted water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||2 Teaspoon|
Peel the carrots and cut as explained above.
Plunge them into boiling salted water and cook until tender.
Add the butter and sugar to the saucepan with the carrots.
Shake well until the carrots are fully buttered.
Season them with pepper and serve with the chopped chives scattered on top.
