Orange Glazed Carrots
|Carrots||8 Medium, pared and diagonally sliced|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. in a 7 1/2-quart glass casserole, combine carrots, butter, brown sugar, orange juice, orange peel, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Cover carrots and cook 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
3. Rest, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
