This simple and easy baked carrots recipe is a lovely recipe made with butter substitute. Nutritious and fresh, this carrot bake is great with grilled meats or casseroles too.
Ingredients
  Grated carrots 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sprinkles 1 Ounce (Butter Buds)
Directions

1. Put grated carrots in a nonstick casserole.
2. Mix Butter Buds® according to package directions. Pour over carrots. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
