|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Aromatic bitters||2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrots||8 Ounce, peeled and sliced (1 Bunch)|
Melt butter; add aromatic bitters, sugar, and orange juice.
Add carrots, cover tightly and simmer until carrots are tender.
Remove lid the last few minutes to allow liquid to become completely absorbed.
