Braised Carrots

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Aromatic bitters 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 8 Ounce, peeled and sliced (1 Bunch)
Directions

Melt butter; add aromatic bitters, sugar, and orange juice.
Add carrots, cover tightly and simmer until carrots are tender.
Remove lid the last few minutes to allow liquid to become completely absorbed.
