Mashed Rutabagas And Carrots

Ingredients
  Cooked mashed rutabagas 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cooked mashed carrots 2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine rutabagas, carrots, butter or margarine, sugar, salt, pepper, onion, and lemon juice.
Mix until fluffy.
Put into a 1 quart buttered casserole or a 9 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place under the broiler to melt cheese.
