Ingredients
  Sliced carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked and drained
  Cooked bacon slice 4 , crumbled
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Firmly packed brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Combine carrots, bacon, onion, salt and pepper in an oiled 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and butter or margarine.
Cover and bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
