Carrot Matzo Kugel

Ingredients
  Grated carrots 12 Ounce
  Matzo boards 1 1⁄2 , made into crumbs
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced parsley 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake in a moderate oven (325° F.) for 50 minutes or until firm.
