Golden Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Carrots 8 Medium, scraped and cut into fourths, crosswise
  Canned consomme 10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

Cook onion and parsley in butter or margarine for 5 minutes.
Add carrots, consomme, sugar, and nutmeg to onion-parsley mixture.
Cover and cook about 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook another 15 minutes or until carrots are tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
