Carrot And Grapes Supreme

Ingredients
  Canned belgium carrots 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Drained)
  White grapes 1⁄2 Pound (Rinsed)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound
  Cointreau 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain carrots; rinse grapes.
Place between paper towels until very dry.
Melt butter in medium-size skillet.
Add Cointreau, carrots, and grapes; simmer together 10 minutes.
