Caribbean Avocado

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 2
  Oil 3 Tablespoon (About 45 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (About 22 Milliliter)
  Soft brown sugar 1 Teaspoon (About 5 Milliliter)
  Rum 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (About 22 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Split the avocados lengthways and remove the stones (seeds).
Blend the oil, lemonjuice, seasoning and sugar together and pour a little over each avocado.
2 Chill in the refrigerator and, just before serving, arrange each avocado half on a lettuce leaf, sprinkle over a little rum and garnish with a twist of lemon.
