Haitian Chocolate Rum Sauce

Ingredients
  Coffee extract 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dark chocolate 4 Ounce
  Unsweetened chocolate square 1 Ounce
  Amber rum 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine coffee extract and chocolates in a heavy saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.
Heat rum, ignite it, and when the flames subside, stir into the chocolate mixture.
Serve hot over cake.
