Jamaican Banana Pecan Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Unprocessed bran 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Bananas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), mashed
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, nutmeg and bran.
Stir well.
Add pecans.
In a small bowl, mix the mashed bananas, water, vanilla, egg and melted butter.
Stir well with whisk.
Combine quickly with the dry ingredients.
Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full and bake until tester comes out clean.
Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes
