It's sweet. It's sour. It's fruity. It's fresh. It's a mango daiquiri, and it's perfect for bringing a twist of the tropics to any occasion, from big backyard barbecues to cocktail time for two relaxing by the pool! Easily make a restaurant quality mango daiquiri at home with your Blendtec or Vitamix commercial blender with this simple, easy-to-follow recipe. :) CHEERS!
Ingredients
  Light rum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or frozen)
  Mango cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or frozen)
  Raw coconut palm sugar/Turbinado sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In the vitamix combine the light rum, lemon juice, pineapple chunks, mango, raw coconut palm sugar and ice.
2. Start off with speed 1 and take it to speed 10, flip it to high.
3. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth to desired consistency, use tamper if needed.

SERVING
4. Serve the Mango Daiquiri chilled.

TIP
If using a blendtec press the ice crush button.
If using frozen fruits, use only one cup of ice.
