Ingredients
  Pork sirloin 1000 Gram
  Jerk spice 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 2 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Sea salt To Taste
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
Directions

GETTING READY
1.On a chopping board, cut open the pork sirloins and spread it out to make it easier for roasting.
2.Pre-heat your oven at 400C.

MAKING
3.On a roasting pan, place the pork and season with jerk seasoning, ground pepper and sea salt. Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice.
4.Rub it in good and flip it over and repeat the same seasoning process.
5.Now place it inside the oven for 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
6.Gently slice the meat and serve with a side of veggies.
