Jamaican Yam Casserole

Ingredients
  Yams 1 Pound, drained
  Banana 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pecans 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Toasted coconut 2 Tablespoon, flaked
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place yams in greased 1-quart casserole; arrange banana slices over yams.
Pour juice over layers.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with pecans and coconut.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
