Classic Caribbean Hot Pepper Sauce

Have you ever prepared Caribbean hot sauce? If not, watch the video below and try this. It is super delicious and hot!
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper 6 (Of Your Choice)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarse salt 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)

1. Combine garlic, onion, hot pepper and lime to a blender.
2. Add allspice, thyme, nutmeg, cinnamon,mace, black pepper, salt, and vinegar to the blender.
3. Blend them properly.
4. Put the saucepan over medium heat.
5. Add the blended ingredients to the pan.
6. Bring them to boil for 5 minutes.
7. Simmer for an hour.
8. Store the sauce for a week in a sterile bottle.
9. Serve with all kind of meats.
