St Lucia

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Curacao 1 Ounce (1 Part)
  French dry vermouth 1 Ounce (1 Part)
  Fresh orange/Unsweetened juice - 2 tablespoons canned 1⁄2 , juiced
  Grenadine 1 Teaspoon
  White rum/Golden rum 2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. Place the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2. Blend in the Curacao, vermouth, orange juice, grenadine and rum over the ice; shake until a frost forms.
3. Pour without straining into a goblet.

SERVING
4. Top up with soda water. Decorate with an orange and strawberry slice on a cocktail stick.
