The Bacardi

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lime)
  Sugar/Sugar syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Pale golden rum 15 Tablespoon (3 Parts)
Directions

MAKING
1. Place the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour the lime juice, sugar and rum over the ice, in the same order; Shake until a frost forms.
3. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.

SERVING
4. Garnish with drinking straws and olives and serve as a refreshing summer cocktail and an ideal drink for a barbeque party.

TIP
The shaker and the cocktail glass for serving should always be chilled. The best way to chill a glass is to pop a dry one in the freezer overnight. If you forgot to plan ahead, fill a shaker and glass with ice and set aside on the counter for several minutes. Dump out the melted ice when ready and pour in your ingredients.
