Jamaican Rice Pudding With Rum Sauce

Ingredients
  Bananas 4 Small, mashed
  Low sodium low fat milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , lightly beaten
  Fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Rum extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked long grain white rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Jamaican rum sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2.Mix together all the ingredients, except the rice and sauce.
3.Now, add in rice and mix well.
4.Into a 2 quart casserole, pour the mixture and set the casserole in a water bath.
5.Bake for 80 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve topped with 2 tablespoons of Jamaican Rum Sauce.
