Ingredients
  Grapefruit 2
  Cooked chicken 4 Ounce, diced (125 Gram)
  Celery stick 2 , finely chopped
  Pineapple slices 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz), drained (Or 1 Small)
  Glaze cherries 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Mango chutney 5 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a knife, cut the grapefruits in halves. Remove pulp, discard pith and pips and chop flesh.
2) In a bowl, mix grapefruit with chicken, celery, pineapple, mayonnaise, mango chutney, salt and pepper.

SERVING
3) Equally divide the mixture on to shells and garnish with cherries.
4) Serve chilled.
