|Vegetable oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Green onion||1 Medium, finely diced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) (Peeled)|
|Washed, drained rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Small can tomato paste||1|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat oil in large heavy pan.
Brown onions and garlic clove.
Turn heat to medium and pour the rice into the pan, stirring constantly, until the grains turn opaque, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Add tomato paste and boiling water.
Stir once, bring to the boil, cover and turn heat to low.
Cook 30 minutes.
Remove garlic clove.
