Caribbean Yam Bake

Ingredients
  Mashed cooked yams 2 Pound (3 Cups)
  Eggs 2
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime 1 (Use Zest And Juice)
  Bananas 2 , peeled, diced (Dole)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix mashed yams with eggs, brown sugar, margarine, rum (if used), nutmeg, lime zest and juice until thoroughly mixed.
2. Fold in diced bananas and turn into shallow greased 5-cup baking dish.
3. Let it bake in 375°F oven 40 minutes.
