Ingredients
  Angel flake coconut 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Baker'S)
  9 inch pie shell 1 (Unbaked)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Dark corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sprinkle coconut in pie shell.
Cream butter; gradually beat in sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour over coconut in pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50minutes, or until slightly puffed on top.
Cool to room temperature.
