Caribbean Spiced Shrimp Kabobs
|Peeled shrimp||8 Large (Per Person, Leave Tails On And Skewer)|
|Hot sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (All Spice Cafe Caribbean Spice)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
Marinate the skewered shrimp in the above mixture for about 30 minutes and then grill for a couple of minutes on each side.
