Jamaican Yam Casserole

Ingredients
  Canned yams 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Banana 1⁄2 Medium, thickly sliced
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Coarsely chopped pecans 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted flaked coconut 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a buttered 1-quart casserole, arrange yams and bananas.
Pour juice over all.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with pecans and coconut.
Bake covered for 30 minutes.
