Jerk Chicken In Caribbean Style

Learn how to make my famous jerk chicken marinade! This is perfect for any BBQ and if you want to make some ready for Notting Hill Carnival!
Ingredients
  Chicken legs 4 Pound
  Spring onions 6 Medium
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Scotch bonnet pepper 3 Small
  All spice 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh thyme 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blender, combine onions, garlic, bonnet peppers, all spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, thyme, honey, salt, black pepper, vinegar and oil.
2. Blend it until smooth.
3. In bowl, put chicken and spread it over chicken. Leave it over night or for couple of hours.

MAKING
4. On BBQ, cook marinated chicken for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve with BBQ sauce.
