|Cabbage head||1 Small, chopped (1 Small Head Very Young Cabbage)|
|Thinly sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced cooked pork||1 Cup (16 tbs), or slivered|
|Shrimp||1 Pound, cooked and peeled|
|Vermicelli||4 Ounce, uncooked|
Fry cabbage, green onions, celery and garlic in butter for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add pork and shrimp; heat through.
Meanwhile, cook vermicelli according to package directions; drain.
Serve cabbage mixture over the vermicelli.
