5 Fluid Ounce, whipped (2/3 Cup, 150 Milliliter Heavy Cream)
Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthways and then in half again. Sprinkle them with the lemon juice and dot with the butter.
Stir all the remaining ingredients together and add them to the dish. Cover and cook for 5—6 minutes. Arrange the bananas in 4 individual dishes and sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs.
