Jamaican Bananas

Ingredients
  Firm bananas 4 Large
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Butter 1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon, 25 Gram)
  Orange juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Rum 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Clear honey 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cinnamon 2 1⁄2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Ginger biscuits 8 , crushed into crumbs
  Double cream 5 Fluid Ounce, whipped (2/3 Cup, 150 Milliliter Heavy Cream)
Directions

Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthways and then in half again. Sprinkle them with the lemon juice and dot with the butter.
Stir all the remaining ingredients together and add them to the dish. Cover and cook for 5—6 minutes. Arrange the bananas in 4 individual dishes and sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs.
