Ingredients
  Crookneck squash 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , sliced (With Tops)
Directions

1. Prepare squash for Summer Squash, cutting into 1/2-inch slices. Place squash and remaining ingredients in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on high 7 to 10 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until squash is crisp-tender.
