Jamaican Potato Pudding
|Sweet potatoes||2 Pound, washed, chopped (peeled)|
|Sweet potatoes/Chopped||2 Pound, washed|
|Coconut cream||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Step1. Mix chopped sweet potato and cream. Blend it in a blender to smooth the mixture.
Step2. Pour mixture into a large bowl and add the other ingredients.
Step3. Pour mixture into large loaf pans.
Step4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
Jamaican Potato Pudding is ready to serve.
