Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 2 Pound, washed, chopped (peeled)
  Sweet potatoes/Chopped 2 Pound, washed
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coconut cream 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Step1. Mix chopped sweet potato and cream. Blend it in a blender to smooth the mixture.
Step2. Pour mixture into a large bowl and add the other ingredients.
Step3. Pour mixture into large loaf pans.
Step4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Jamaican Potato Pudding is ready to serve.
