Caribbean Yam Bake

Ingredients
  Cooked mashed yam 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Dark rum 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon (Zest Of 1 Lime)
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1 Lime)
  Bananas 2 , peeled and diced
Directions

In large bowl, combine mashed yams with eggs, brown sugar, margarine, rum (if used), nutmeg, Jime zest and juice until thoroughly mixed.
Fold in diced bananas.
Turn into shallow greased 5-cup baking dish.
Bake in 375°F oven 40 minutes.
