London Broil Lamb Style
|Ground lamb||1 Pound (500 Grams)|
|Lean ground pork||1⁄2 Pound (250 Grams)|
|Lean ground veal||1⁄2 Pound (250 Grams)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Beef sirloin strips||4 (10 Inch, 25 Centimeters Long, To Wrap Around Lamb Steaks)|
Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Blend ground meats, onion, garlic, parsley and egg in mixer until well incorporated.
Shape mixture into steaks, wrap sirloin around outside and secure with toothpicks.
Place on hot grill and cook 12 to 14 minutes depending on taste.
Turn at least 4 times and season twice.
