London Broil Lamb Style

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Lean ground pork 1⁄2 Pound (250 Grams)
  Lean ground veal 1⁄2 Pound (250 Grams)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg 1
  Beef sirloin strips 4 (10 Inch, 25 Centimeters Long, To Wrap Around Lamb Steaks)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at MEDIUM.
Blend ground meats, onion, garlic, parsley and egg in mixer until well incorporated.
Shape mixture into steaks, wrap sirloin around outside and secure with toothpicks.
Place on hot grill and cook 12 to 14 minutes depending on taste.
Turn at least 4 times and season twice.
