Squash And Pepper Saute

Ingredients
  Yellow squash 2 Medium, sliced
  Zucchini 2 Medium, sliced
  Sweet red pepper 1 Medium, julienned
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Italian salad dressing mix 7 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a skillet over medium-high, stir-fry the vegetables in oil until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle with salad dressing mix; toss.
Stir in vinegar; mix well.
