Broiled Lamb Cantonese Style

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder 2 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Tamari soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut lamb into pieces 1/4 inch thick, 2 inches long and 1 inch wide.
Combine garlic, soy sauce and honey.
Mix well.
Marinate lamb in mixture for 30 minutes, turning frequently.
Remove meat from marinade and place under very hot broiler for about 5 minutes, turning once or twice.
